  1. Are the rental charges applicable on a per-person basis or do they apply to the entireaccommodation package?

The rental charges are based upon the accommodation package offered and cover the number of individuals specified.

  1. Do these photographs represent the actual holiday destination?

Yes. All our summaries and/or pages detailing destinations incorporate images – holiday homes, vacation apartments, fincas or villas – of the holiday destination that are either taken within the property or from its terrace, balcony, garden, pool and so on. In the case of holiday resorts, the photographs may have been taken from a location within the resort (pool, garden, etc.).

  1. What does the fixed service surcharge cover?

The non-recurring fixed service surcharge (included in the rental price of the first night) incorporates all incidental costs incurred during the entire period for which you have reserved your holiday home, vacation apartment, finca or villa in Mallorca. This fixed surcharge is constituted by costs arising from the final cleaning of the holiday accommodation, the laundering of bedding and linen and costs accruing to your personal contact associate in Mallorca, etc.


  1. Are arrival dates fixed?

No. You may arrive on any day of the week, including Sundays and holidays. Simply make your reservations to suit your convenience, e.g., in terms of flights.

  1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: 4.00 P.M. onwards Check-out: before 10.00 A.M.

An earlier check-in or delayed check-out can, unfortunately, not be guaranteed, as both principally depend upon accommodation availability. Please contact your local personal contact associate one or two days prior to your arrival should you have queries in this regard.

  1. Bedding and linen

In our holiday homes, fincas, villas and vacation apartments in Mallorca, you will always be provided with ample bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels, permitting a week’s usage prior to being changed. You are, of course, welcome to use the washing machine should you wish to change them more frequently. 

Beach towels are, however, not included in our holiday accommodation package; please bring them with you if required.

  1. Final cleaning: Am I required to clean the accommodation myself prior to my departure?

No. After you have left, the holiday accommodation will be professionally cleaned and inspected by property management.

  1. Will a personal contact associate be assigned to me in Mallorca?

Yes, of course. Your local personal contact associate is an integral part of the services we provide. You can call him or her at any time should you require assistance or in the event that something goes amiss. We would, however, greatly appreciate it if you would utilise this service in the evenings and at night-time only in genuine emergencies.

  1. How is payment to be effected?

We request that an advance payment be made to our account in Germany immediately after you have made your reservations in confirmation thereof. The advance payment amount for the vast majority of holiday accommodation unit variants is approximately 10% of the total rental charges, inclusive of the fixed service surcharge. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival in Mallorca when the holiday accommodation is handed over to you. This ensures that you do not end up paying, as you would to other hosts, for the proverbial “pig in a poke”.

  1. House rules

In some holiday resorts incorporating multiple residential units and also in some holiday homes housed in residential complexes, the owners have agreed upon a listing of basic house rules vaunting propriety and common sense, which are usually displayed at a prominent and central location or within the holiday accommodation. We request you as guests to respect these house rules.

  1. Are cots and high chairs available for those with small children?

Yes. These items may be rented at a cost of EUR 5.00 per item per night.

  1. How am I to calculate the total rent?

Simply multiply the seasonal rate by the number of nights you wish to stay and add the applicable fixed service surcharge. There are no hidden costs when you book with us.

  1. How do we arrive at the holiday accommodation upon landing at the airport?

Your personal contact associate in Mallorca will be aware of your approximate time of arrival based upon the details that you will have shared with us at the time of reservation. Nevertheless, please call him/her immediately once you disembark.

We have identified easy-to-find meeting points for our 200+ properties in Mallorca, all of which are proximal to the respective holiday accommodation unit; this ensures that our guests do not lose their way. Your personal contact associate shall be waiting for you at the meeting point specified in the directions provided with your reservation documentation, and you may then follow him/her to your holiday retreat.

  1. Does “sat-TV” mean that English channels are available?

As a rule, satellite TV denotes a mix of English, German and French programmes. We cannot guarantee that you will receive specific channels broadcasting in English.
